All Castlewood Plain Floating Shelves are constructed of hardwood plywood and solid lumber. Available species include Alder, Cherry, Hickory, Maple, and Red Oak. The Paint Grade version is constructed of Poplar and MDF. Standard thickness is 2-1/2". Available depths are 10" and 12".  The Rustic Floating Shelves are constructed of weathered prefinished Spruce and are available in Black, Brown, Light Gray, Dark Grau, White, and White Wash. Standard widths are 24", 30", 36", 42", 48", 54", 60", 66", and 72". In between sizes are available as special order. These units include the EZ-LOC-1210-08 heavy duty metal floating shelf brackets. The brackets utilizes a specially designed double-headed lag bolt that slots into the brackets for adjustability and strength. Brackets and arms are crafted from high quality materials for maximum strength and durability. Weight bearing capacity of 100+ pounds per pair of brackets. For shelves 24"-48", 2 metal brackets will be included. For shelves 54"-72", 4 metal brackets will be included.
